Return & Refund Policy

Every print is inspected before shipping. We guarantee your print will be free from defects such as layer shifting, severe stringing, warping that affects fit, or incomplete prints.

If your item arrives with a quality defect, we will reprint it at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

If you receive a defective print, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a free reprint or a full refund, including return shipping if needed.

Because each print is made-to-order to your specifications, custom orders cannot be refunded simply for change of mind once printing has begun.

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before printing starts (order status "pending" or "confirmed"). Once your order moves to "printing," the materials and machine time have been committed.

If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the box and the item before discarding any packaging, and contact us within 7 days. We'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

To start a return or refund, contact us through your order dashboard or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number and a description (plus photos) of the issue.
